General Delivery/Pick up information:
Delivery only available to customers who are registered with the CHRC as being unable to leave their homes.

Click and Collect is available every day except Sunday and Public Holidays.
Next day Collections requires the order submission by 9pm the day prior

Failed delivery/Pick up:
If we are unable to deliver your order due to no one being home and no instructions, or you are unable to meet your pick up schedule, we will make contact with you to make alternative arrangements.

We reserve the right to charge a second delivery fee in this case and depending on the time delay, charges for any perishable products that need to be replaced due to the delay.

Fresh produce weight variance:
We endeavour to get the weight of fresh produce as close as possible to the order quantity. However, there can be slight variation where the weight may be slightly over or under the ordered amount.

Special requests:
If you have any specific requirements or instructions please include these in the order comments/notes during checkout.

Delivery charges:
At this stage we will be offering in store pickup with zero cost.

Contact-less Pickup:
On your arrival near the store, you can call the store and confirm your name, order number and your vehicle make, registration and the location of your car and we will come out and place your order in your vehicle boot or rear door.

Returns and refunds
After receival of goods please check your order carefully. If there are any issues with the items delivered please bring this to our attention within 24 hour of the delivery so that we can assist you with an appropriate solution.
